The opportunity to realize the creativity, imagination and desire to gain new knowledge was offered through several workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wool puppet corner in the Vara\u017edin courtyard,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puzzle game \u2013 fitting cut parts into clothing,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design your own handbag \u2013 Galko d.o.o. and TTF (the best-rated handbag design will be realized in the Galko company and ceremonially awarded to the winner),<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QUIZ on textiles, leather, clothing and footwear,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workshop on making jewelry and pendants from industrial leather remnants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5132 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"2560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-75x100.jpg 75w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-338x450.jpg 338w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika1-scaled-e1750949888224-900x1200.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop: <strong>Wool puppet corner<\/strong> was carried out in a Vara\u017edin courtyard, with the support of the <em>INTERREG DRP0200404 Green-Tex project: Improving the production and consumption of Danube green textiles and clothing<\/em>, in which the Textile Science and Research Center (TSRC) of the Faculty of Textile Technology is one of the partners. Along with the workshop and playing with dolls made of almost 100% wool, various woollen forms and production techniques were presented and participants were educated in a popular way about the benefits of using wool, not just for making dolls, but also for other environmentally friendly products.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5134 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"2560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-75x100.jpg 75w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-338x450.jpg 338w, https:\/\/tsrc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/slika2-scaled-e1750949988903-900x1200.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application of biodegradable and environmentally friendly wool fibers in handmade dolls was presented. The availability of wool, especially for handicrafts, in the world and in Croatia is unquestionable. However, apart from fine wool for clothing, the advantages of the properties of even unclassified wool are generally not well utilized or recognized, both for processing and in the application of wool products. Therefore, within the framework of the Green-Tex project, knowledge about wool was presented and transferred through a performance with wool puppets, to take a step forward in raising ecological awareness and caring for the environment. According to the response and interest shown by the participants, we can conclude the education was successful. (A.
